Did you say travel?
I don't know about you, but I love to travel.
Part of my professional life has consisted of going to the four corners of the ocean to bring people closer to sharks. I know, it's unusual but exciting.
Going out, diving and meeting wild animals in the open water has always brought me a great deal: there, underwater, nose-to-nose with sharks, I felt calm, fullness, a connection to inner emotional and spiritual dimensions that grew stronger, trip after trip.
A few years ago, I listened to a small voice urging me, why didn't I know it, to take an interest in Eastern wisdom and meditation. Probably the need to dive deep inside myself. At a retreat, I discovered the power of sound vibrations (gongs, Tibetan bowls and didgeridoo). I was hooked! I realized that it wasn't necessary to travel to the other side of the world to discover unknown landscapes, those of interiority.
That's when I came up with the idea of offering inner journeys.
For destinations, I propose relaxation of body and mind, letting go, well-being, interiority and even spirituality. The means of transport I use are meditation, Tibetan bowls and Yoga Nidra, all of which generateinner waves.
